We are following the ISE Physical Education program which should take place throughout the three trimesters.
In the beginning of each trimester, we start off with a two week fitness program called Program Fitness. This consists of high jump, long jump, push ups, sit ups, 50 meter sprints, and beep tests. The main goal of this program is to track the progress and improvement of our students throughout the three trimesters.
After the two weeks of Program Fitness, we offer our students a variety of different sports and games to take part in throughout the three trimesters. Some of these games include swimming, dodgeball, baseball, badminton, volleyball, handball, soccer, basketball, gymnastics, and muchmore. We have two different systems for different age groups. From KG-G2 we focus mainly on basic coordination skills and the basics of multiple sports, and from G3-G12 we teach them the rules for different sports and how to be able to compete in them.
The last thing we have to offer our students is the multiple boys and girls school teams that we form for different sports. Students from G3-G12 are able to participate in these school teams. Some of the teams that we have are swimming, handball, basketball, soccer, dodgeball, crossfit, and more. These school teams have the chance to compete with other international schools whether in or outside of the school campus.
